Collective Perspective Advanced IPA Vol. 2 // 7.5%
Number 2 in a series of collabs between Girdwood Brewing, Black Spruce Brewing and Devil’s Club Brewing!! Our compadres up north flew down to the rainforest and smashed their heads together to divine this cutting-edge IPA with new-age techniques, ingredients and FLAVORS. We used every tool at our disposal to maximize precursor thiols and unbinding and finished it off with a massive dry hop load. No hops were added to the kettle other than a smidge of hash for bittering.

Originally brewed way back in the before times and then rebrewed with our good homies at Harbor Mountain Brewing and then many times thereafter, but always with the cake itself. An homage to the nothing-short-of-legendary Fiddlehead Restaurant dessert.

It’s finally here! We’re stoked about what the ladies in the building have created with Pink Boots Society by designing and brewing up a fruited sour with loads of blueberry puree, dried blueberries and zest key lime. Dry-hopped with the 2021 Pink Boots Society hop blend. Its tart with a mild bitter key lime peel garnish.

The two best things in the world, Coffee and Beer, join forces to create an awakening new milk stout! Sentinel Coffee roasted us 18lbs of delicious, organic beans from Mexico that we steeped in the fermenter for a couple days before adding lactose to create that luscious body and roasty, toastyness you can only get from lightly creamed cup-a-joe

The White Stuff white IPA // 6.0%
This extra fluffy hazy IPA is a collaboration with Coastal Alaska Avalanche Center. 10% of all sales are donated directly to the organization to help support backcountry safety! The White Stuff was brewed to compliment the perfect day. It tastes as bright as bluebird and feels as powdery as a mouthful of snorkel necessary turns. Can art was done by Kelsey Fagan of Elevate Art Studio.

This beer has been lurking around the brewery and today is the day that it finally reveals itself! It’s bold, charismatic and belts out the most tropical hazy notes your mouth will ever experience! It’s our second beer to be dry-hopped with Phantasm, as well as using some farm direct hops from New Zealand produced by our new friends Free Style farms. It will have you “Floating, falling, sweet intoxication”

This is one of our fruited sour in our continuous series of sour beers and this one can never be erased from our minds! It's a full blast of Blackberry Reverberating Carbonizer to your face. This sour has a light bitterness and all the tanginess that will make your head regrow!

Riding the line between East and West coast. Our Signature IPA balances four Northwest sourced hops for a bright, citrus, tropical palate with just enough malt sweetness.

Winter Solstice Barrel Aged Imperial Stout // 12.5%
This is our biggest, boldest imperial stout we’ve brewed to date. Aged for several months in the same single malt whiskey barrels that Amalga Distillery's Winter Soltice Whiskey started its life in. The beer encapsulates all the rich caramel and oak flavors left behind. It’s dark, smooth and will lengthen these short days! ⠀

This extra fluffy white IPA is a collaboration with Coastal Alaska Avalanche Center. We brewed it with pilsner, white wheat as well as spelt to help reduce the sweetness of the malt bill. We added a wide range of hops near the end of the boil to capture all the dark, fruity, citrus flavors. This white IPA is dry, mild in bitterness and packed with hoppy flavors and will have you craving some of that white stuff! ⠀
