Devil's Club is the embodiment of adventure. You won't find the plant along the streets of town. Devil's Club is unapologetic, blunt - it takes no prisoners and adds a little kick to your outdoor exploits. Our company represents the adventurous among us, the off-the-beaten-path lifestyles and the unique people that inhabit our little part of the world.

Founded in 2018

After four years of business and recipe development Jake, Evan and Ryan opened the doors of Taproom to the public of Juneau on April 20, 2018.

EVAN WOOD

Office Dweller

Evan has a bachelor's degree in neuroscience and a master's degree in marketing. He worked in marketing for Red Bull North America in Washington, where he was introduced to (and fell in love with) the brewpub atmosphere and was inspired to bring it back home to Juneau.

Jake Ridle

Brewboy

Jake has an associate's degree in culinary arts, a bachelor's degree in international business and a master's degree in global supply chain management. These degrees come in addition to a long history of award-winning home brewing. Jacob has an impressively developed palate from his time spent managing and cooking in many restaurants across America and Italy.

Ryan Lindsay

Bar Sergeant

Ryan began his beer career working for Bridgeport Brewing Co. in Portland. Following his adventurous spirit, he later found himself commercially brewing and assisting in the opening of Drifter Brewing Co. in Cape Town, South Africa. During his time with Drifter, his brew was awarded the best light beer in the country of South Africa. He can also fly helicopters.
