Summary
Beertenders at Devil’s Club Brewing Company work under the Taproom Lead and Taproom Manager and are responsible for executing the daily, front-of-house Taproom operations and adhering to the health and safety standards set forth by the Taproom Manager while contributing to an excellent, memorable guest experience.
Responsibilities
Welcoming and interacting with customers positively and promptly in order to add to a great guest experience
Taking orders and serving the company’s products to the highest possible standards of consistency and appearance to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Educating and answering patrons questions with helpful information to expand customers’ knowledge and appreciation of products
Bussing and maintaining cleanliness of the Taproom throughout the day to help ensure a great guest experience
Maintaining organizational standards in the Taproom to ensure smooth operations
Adhering to company cleanliness and organization standards by executing cleaning schedules
Washing dishes thoroughly in accordance with health and safety standards
Assisting back-of-house staff when possible to contribute to a positive team environment
Executing front-of-house daily tasks and operational expectations to ensure smooth operations
Handling cash and making daily deposit to ensure accurate reporting
Requirements
Ability to work a flexible schedule as determined by the needs of the operation
Ability to handle fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Ability to lift, push and pull 50 lbs without assistance
21+ years of age
Current TAPS and AK Food Workers Card or ability to acquire within 30 days of employment
Compensation and Benefits: Full Time, Hourly
50/50 equal tip share with Back of House. Wage+tip is not guaranteed but is reliably $25-30+/hr
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years off
Taproom spending stipend
$75-$150 monthly based on seniority
Beer and shift meal on workdays
Pay: $15-$17 per hour starting wage based on experience
